Archer/Hunter Literally Any Criticism Or Suggestions

hey there I currently have two builds kinda going on, ones a kinda speed build while the other is pretty much just a tank which is kinda weird as it's for an archer (i don't know man this is my 4th month playing)
anyways here:

btw both of these utilise gales and hellstrand which I've been told is strange as archers only usually have one weapon
