Any Class Shaman Lv 65 - 100+ Builds Please I Am Noob

hey this is my second run thru of the game and i am looking for a shaman build to do cds and all that bizz. any suggestions? i am running lv 40 gear rn and ive been grinding herb cave for a whole day. Please no -health regen in the build would be nice. I like the spell spam if possible

 

just use morph (+ avalanche and bob's battle chestplate)
idk what reliks are good, use the best one you can find
