All Quests Are Gone?!?

HELP, all unsolved quests are gone.
Only the solved ones are shown in the Questbook.
I'm in the middle of "Craftmas Chaos" and I can't speak to Tom anymore.
I've rebooted multiple times but the problem doesn't change.
Is this a Problem of Wynncraft server?
