Nice, you should post some pictures where the houses are a bit clearer to see [ Maybe isolate one ] so feedback is a bit easier to give, as is, it's pretty hard to see the detailing or the general shape of the houses

Those lense flares from the shaders, feels like as if I've been flash banged. Please post some pictures without shaders, or with shaders but just dont point the camera towards the sun.

I don't know anything about building, but I really like the shapes of the roofs!

I do not understand. If you mean I should use the server then thanks for the recommendation but it does not allow me to use 1.13-1.16 blocks to my knowledge causing my build palate to suffer. If you mean something else please clarify.

Here's some feedback based on my own opinions and from what I've gathered generally in Minecraft:
(Also, keep in mind that this feedback is kinda based on my own building preferences as well. So take them with a tiny grain of salt because different building styles are great and I wouldn't want you to compromise on your own just because of what someone else thinks.)

    1. Your block choice for the house walls is just one block which makes the wall come across as very non-saying. You could break it up by mixing in another block of similar color.
    2. Some parts of the house exteriors feel very empty/un-decorated. Maybe that's because they're isolated for showcasing purposes, but they could be improved by adding more greenery (ex. flower pots, bushes, flower-themed heads).
    3. The two walls, namely the white and wooden ones, are very, very repetitive. I'm not very confident in the style that the white wall is built in, but perhaps for the second one you could get some more variation by adding an occasional balcony, changing the block-choice for the towers (instead of keeping the same gray block throughout), building hanging banners, adding some entrances to pass through etc.
    4. One of the houses (the one with dark prismarine) has a very dramatic ridge for the roof that makes it appear like its caving in almost. It might just be a style on its own, but it's something that caught my eye.

    1. I really like your trees. The block-choice for the oak blend together very nicely both for tree-trunk and foliage, and the pine trees look very neatly shaped the little that is seen of them.
    2. The theme for your red nether brick houses looks very cozy, like a warmer version of Thesead almost. The red also contrasts the gray walls very well.
    3. Your wooden wall has nice depth what with the towers and decorations + the walkway on top makes it seem more functional rather than just decoration.

Also, op, what are those purple-black error blocks on the wooden wall.

    Thanks for the feedback!
I will definitely keep this in mind when building.

I would like to clarify/explain a few things:

You guessed right. When I was creating them they were made to be close together with a lot of Folige around. Due to this I made the houses more simple to not make the build to busy.

That's simply due to my lack of time and use of copy/paste. If I make a full town with this sytle/setting I will definitely take this into account.

That was the style of roof I was going for.

When I first made the wall, it didn't have that walkway. I built that in for (Like you said) functionality an also to give it more height to make the wall more imposing in a way.

Anyway, I am really thankful for the feedback. All of it will really help me. Have a great day!
