Shaman/Skyseer Help The End Shaman Build

Got a decent The End and looking for a build for it. Despite the low health (9.8k, which is quite frustrating to use), this build is currently used: (/s/fxzlw2)

• Gaze from the Snowbank
• Twilight-Gilded Cloak
• Ornate Shadow Cover
• Virgo
• Gold Fiber Ring x2
• Gold Static Bracelet
• Gigabyte
• The End [E6]

Is there any way to increase the sustain/health;* or switch from ETA to EWA entirely (which is better?) ? Thanks a lot.

* Someone suggests changing Virgo + Gold Fiber Ring to Accelerator + Breezehands. Is it worth it?
