Hi, I am a player who recently quit hypixel skyblock for wynncraft. I have no idea how to play this. Plz help me

I would recommend you to explore a lot. Wymmcraft has a LOT to explore, many amazing details.
Also don't do professions or you will be in Hypixel SB again

 

What class did you choose? I have some tips for early game classes as well as which to choose if you haven't already

note: if its warrior i have only gotten to level 8 on mine so my advice will be more lacking

Know what, I'll give you my full short guide.

First class:
Mage or shaman. Both can heal themselves. If I were to choose one, I'd go with shaman. It struggles at defense but is a decent ranged class that can trap mobs when all of its spells are upgraded. It relies on the totem spell so it's also good for teaching new players how to quickly use spells. Mage can heal itself immediately but doesn't get a damage spell until level 21.
Second class:
Assassin or archer. Archer is for those who are more confident. It has an incredible damage output but harshly struggles at defending itself. Its spell combos are inverted so it takes some time to learn them. Assassin takes less skill and does a good amount of damage, plus you can escape mobs easily with them. Unlike shaman and mage, these cannot heal themselves.
Final regular class:
If you've mastered every other class, go with warrior. This is the hardest one because its damage sucks and needs to be buffed. If you want a challenge, choose it. After that you can start a gamemode playthrough.

Long story short, choose shaman.

Quests
These are often pretty easy. They get boring at level 80 but if you want a fun adventure, do them. Skip the Canyon guides and Canary calls. If you are easily scared, skip Beyond the grave, Grave mistake and House of Twain. Sewers of ragni, dark descent and corrupted betrayal also contain jumpscares but they are a lot more.. tame. A journey beyond is gory.

Grinding
Unfortunately you will have to do this to level up sometimes but if you do it with quests it should be alright. If you see a mob with a yellow star next to its name, it is a grind mob. Grind mobs level you up a lot faster. Sometimes there will be double experience weekends during which you should grind as much as possible. If you are friends with a ranked player, they can place mob totems and if they frequently donate to the server they can also throw double experience bombs. The best way to make friends is to talk to people you meet along the way.

Professions
Unlike regular combat, professions are boring. They are fun if you understand the ID system but require a lot of patience and grinding. I don't recommend them. Feel free to purchase crafted items from the trade market though.

Trade market
In every major city there should be one of these. They sell every item in the game but sometimes not at regular price. If it's not being sold, you can order it on the Exchange. You can also sell things you don't need on it to other players. Since you're familiar with Hypixel skyblock, I'll compare it to the Bazaar.

Dungeons
Dungeons are a fun challenge if you are strong. You get great experience rewards and they are a good alternative to grinding.

Defense
If you want to be well defended but don't understand builds, use sets. Sets work similarly to Hypixel skyblock sets but usually have better bonuses. At level 100 I would invest in the Morph set.

Wynncraft is a lot easier to understand than Hypixel Skyblock and I think you'll enjoy it.

 

Shaman is really hard until lv.21, the double damage you take is clearly visible. So I would aay it is bad for the first class (because dying a lot is not fun)

Mage has heal, he is really easy for begginers but lack a but in damage.
Assassing is the most balanced class, it has great damage with good defense, while being still quite easy.
Shaman dies a lot, especially when user in inexperienced. It will be hard until lv.21 which unlock the spell it relies on. It is not bad, but it is hard and not that fun for begginers

 

Oh yes... I can grind I little, I grinding an amount for HSB
