Duel For Items Or Emeralds

im challenging every one of you guys to try to beat me in duel.
rules are simple you dm me you agree to wager 1 fabled item or 16 eb atleast for the match and we will fight till one of us loses. draws will result in another match till one achieved victory.

And i agree its kinda sad people scam 16eb cause they cant or dont accept they lost against a better duelist.

i'm assuming the root cause is just a lack of regulation, could've confirmed via chat that the duel was for money

he has a point here. even if he's a scammer, it's better to just blacklist him from your duel system and leave it at that. i don't really agree with pinging him throughout discord/forums just to call him a scammer; either one of you should've attempted to sort this out through PM.

if you indeed tried that then this conflict is just a circus show

doesn't sound baseless in light of our scrap trade, i wouldn't call it downright scamming but the negotiation was a bit weird
if this is something you want to contest its discussible

 

I can understand being ignorant of the dueling system and not realizing you had to bet money for duels (granted, when I was dueling him he said the duel was for money multiple times in chat and ensured I knew what I was betting before the duel)

However, when I dueled him it was very fun and even though I lost a couple emeralds (I'm not gonna be able to beat this guy for a long time, lol), it was worth it to just have fun, plus I was prepared to lose them. Zuxian was also very nice throughout the entire process.

Idk about everything else, just wanted to throw in my 2 cents.

I got scammed alot of times so i really wanna know that you agree that it is for money so i ask always before the match. And people saying im annoying or asshole is because im calling them out for scammers. I mean lets be honest who wants their name dragged into shit.

i have screenshots from that he agreed to the match and he even lost the match trying to make excuses he said it was for fabled item or even later took that back and said he never said anything.

in negotiations i want ofcourse to have a good buisness relationship sometimes my friend needs something and I straight up gave it to them. Nonetheless you agreed to my offer so you can’t really say its weird.

Alright, I feel like things are getting heated here. If someone has an issue with another player, talk to them about it privately. If someone sees someone breaking the rules, message a moderator or make a player report privately. Airing dirty laundry is against the forum rules:

I'd also like to add that with informal duels like this, not giving someone money for winning or losing does not count as a scam, as it is not a full trade.

 

i mean agreeing to bet 16eb on it and also confirming it while dueling and losing twice and not giving the promised bet is kinda weird.
