Wyncraft Chat (using The Wyncraft Mod I Forgot The Name Of For Forge) Is Invisible, But Exists...

so I'm using that one famous wyncraft mod for forge (I forgot the name) its like wynites or smthn
and I log on and the chat is invisible
I tried:
toggling multiple settings (if you can think about it its already been done)

but I do know its just a display error because I can
a: hover my mouse over chat and my cursor will become the name of who's chatting that message
b: turning on narration allows me to hear the chat, albeit with a few second delay.
any fixes?

also I have tried restarting both the client and the launcher.

 

I'm pretty sure you're running Wynntils, make sure you're running the latest version https://wynntils.com/

 

you might just be in the wrong chat; when you open up chat there should be three buttons, for global, party, and guild chats. if you're in party or guild you won't be able to see the regular chat, so switch to global.

I think there was a setting in the quest book in configurations that was for chat transparency.

basically you turn off low priority in the settings
