    I've been waiting for someone to make a thread about this.
    Salted has recently posted on Twitter a picture of some rat pets:

    Well, that's it. Everything seems to be in orde... Wait? What's up with the names.
    Yeah, this is the part I haven't seen anyone talk about. Part of the rat's names are marked out.
    Now I personally have no idea what the hell this could mean, but speculating and theory crafting is normal in the community, so I want to know what you guys think.

    The only thing I have to state is that there doesn't seem to be enough room for "combat" or "cosmetic"

    It is probably to hide the word "Holy," the censorship hides the foreshadowing of the great rat takeover of Wynn.

    It might say “Tame” or “Tamed”, implying you can capture mobs.
    What speaks against this is the fact that there is already a cosmetic pet rat for sale, and that the Colossal Rat is a boss and I seriously doubt you can capture for example Bob.

    i want them to add the colossal rat to the pet shop so when people chargeback ban people they can at least make it

    Maybe you'll be able to level up pets like in Hypixel, and the censored out part is the pet's level.

    it should also be noted that the BEEG BEEG RAT's name tag is somewhat visible and it seems to begin with F or E.

    Something important to point out.

    With the context of this screenshot, we now know that the new feature will be pet related.

    I'm also going to state something that could be entirely wrong. The update comes out this month.
    I don't mean 1.20, I mean the smaller update that is meant to come out beforehand.
    I state this because of A. Its been "months" and B. We haven't received a newsletter.
    Now, due to the wording, as well as simply knowing Wynncraft far too well, I suspect it will come out at the end of this month.

    I think in the August post Salted said that the forgery change would be the new thing added before the actual update to accompany the store changes.
