    Doing quests.

Other than that, herb cave, the grind spot near aldorei town, and glowbulb are probably my favorite grind spots. lvl 90-100 or so is a bit more difficult, since none of the grind spots are exceptional.

Mini quests and secret discoveries give about 10% of your xp requirement. These are very useful

    1. Do quests!!!
    2. if you have no more quests, go to a grindspot thats around your level (list here) OR join a dungeon party if you're above level 65.
    3. If you have access to the Silent Expanse, do the secret discoveries, they give a spicy amount of XP.

If you dont have enough bank space or the money to buy more, you can create spare classes, go to the ragni bank, and just hold any rarely used items in their inventory.

Please don't do profs (professions, like woodcutting, mining, jeweling, tailoring, etc.) on your first playthrough lol
It's gonna be painful, wait until you know a lot about the game and is comfortable doing many things. Get 105 first (doesn't have to 105, just an example) and an untradeable build before you start profs

    1. Enemies can't attack you while you're looking through a Loot Chest or while dialogue is ongoing.
    2. You can skip the tutorial with /skiptutorial.
    3. When using the Seaskipper, it's cheaper to go from Nemract to Selchar to Llevigar instead of straight to Llevigar.
    4. It's even cheaper to go from Nemract to Rooster Island, buy a ticket to Nemract but don't use it, travel to Selchar, then to Llevigar and use the Nemract pass when you go back to Wynn.
    5. Shameless plug: if you want to make the early levels real easy, consider getting a Therck Set.
    6. To avoid fall damage, cast Charge or Escape, or use a horse.
    7. Keep at least a couple of Detlas teleportation scrolls in your inventory at all times.
    8. If you want to slightly upgrade your horse without the cost and risk of breeding, you can do so at a couple Dungeon Merchants.
    9. There is an Egg Merchant at -536, -1826. The CT does not want you to know this.
    10. There are several quests that unlock (fast) travel points. These are: Tunnel Trouble, Canyon Condor, The Passage, The Order of the Grook, Flight in Distress, A Marauder's Dues, The Envoy Part 1, The Envoy Part 2, The Hidden City, Dwarves and Doguns Part 1, Dwarves and Doguns Part 2 and One Thousand Meters Under. (Wiki page)
    11. The Seaskipper doesn't go to all islands.
    12. You can sell materials (from mining, woodcutting, farming and fishing) to Blacksmiths.
    13. The cheapest and quickest way to get scrap is by buying leather helmets at the Ragni armour merchant, then scrapping those. Four emeralds equals one scrap.
    14. When navigating the Pigmen's Ravines: keep left and you'll reach the village. Keep right and you'll reach the Creeper cave, the Passage and the Little Wood.
    15. When navigating the Canyon of the Lost: I don't have a tip or trick for this one, learning that maze just takes time

When navigating the mesa, it's just 3 islands with a coast around it, if you follow the coast you will either get to the desert or rymek

later on, level a class to 45 and put it in Bob's tomb. By doing this, you can always open the tomb solo with /class. Note that the chunks need to be loaded when switching classes.

this might be obvious to some people, but apparently not obvious enough to me on my first playthrough. Dont judge every piece of armor based on it's health. Mana regen, mana steal, and life steal are all very helpful to have. Same thing with weapons, dont pick your weapons purely based off damage.

*Sorry, I didn't know the reskin spell names of the top of my head. If you're playing on the reskinned classes, Escape becomes Spider Jump and Haul becomes Soar.

When you use Escape (Archer / Hunter), you can deselect your bow (number or scroll wheel) before the apex of your jump to retain horizontal momentum. This is useful if you're trying to move around the world with escape. You do take some fall damage, but on a flat surface this is usually negligible. Just don't deselect over a pit, for example. Also, it may seem tempting to spam Escape for movement, but you typically get more mileage by:
    1. jumping before using Escape
    2. after using Escape 2 times use another spell (almost always Arrow Storm / ) to reset the spell costs. Stacking intelligence makes this plausible
    3. deselecting before the very top of your jump where you will artificially slow down

Similarly, if you are a Shaman / Skyseer you can deselect your relik at any time during Haul to get the little "pop-up" (may need a spell upgrade to actually get access to this) instead of waiting until you touch the ground. This is useful for getting around 0.5 - 1 block of additional height when climbing mountains (or just going straight up). Haul and Totem (or Sky Emblem) were made for spell cycling - you can use Totem once and Haul twice, then repeat to fly infinitely (provided you have enough int / mana regen). But when you're looking straight up on the ground you can typically only use Haul once (using it again will send you in a wonky direction).

The other movement spells (Vanish, Charge, Teleport, and their reskin equivalents) are all meant to give you momentum anyway so it's better to hold on to the weapon at all times.

In the rare event you get Escape while using Pandemonium on another class (or the spectacularly rare event that you get Totem + Haul in quick succession) the same methods should apply.
