I've Got A Need For Speed - What Items Give High (10%+) Walk Speed?

So lately, while riding around Wynncraft doing quests and such, I've come across people just running over the landscape at stupid speeds. Like, faster than my expensive horse kind of speeds. I've observed them in a couple places, but I'm not sure what items give them such high speeds. I assumed it was in the boots (I saw one guy with a black pair and seemingly average armor otherwise) but now I'm not so sure.

Either way, I'm wondering what makes them go that fast, or at the very least, what items can help me boost my running pace.

 

They probably had escape spell on (+60%). Or they were on a horse and it wasn't displaying properly.

The black boots were likely ornate shadow cloud (+15%). The ornate shadow <noun> gear is pretty common, and gives pretty good stats.

You can get really high walkspeed with certain items like warp or stratiformis. Walkspeed builds peak at 400%, which is significantly faster than any horse.

 

Oh nice- I actually figured out the boots people were wearing were Galloping Spurs, and probably a mix of other walkspeed items. And dang, that's fast as hell-
I guess they don't have to worry about all the LE they'd otherwise spend on horses.
