Guide Extremely Short Primer On Spell Conversion As It Applies To Class Building

I realized as this discussion was ongoing in Atlas Inc. discord that there is no actual guide on spell conversion as it applies to class building. Well... there will still be no actual guide on spell conversion as it applies to class building after I make this post, but I figured I could crosspost a couple of useful bits.

 

Spell conversion almost always comes in play as a bad thing

 

Just a few additions to give a good example on why we're really not a fan of spell conversion. Oh, and here's somewhat of an explanation post:
