Help With Cow Boss Fight

Hi! Names Issac, I'm a level 68 Warrior at the moment and I'm stuck on the Temple of Legends boss fight.
The boss is way too fast and- to be honest- pretty broken in my opinion, and my class is slow.

The whole point of the fight is to not get close to him but as a warrior that's sort of my main deal, and I can't get past him. My mana doesn't last, I cant push him away, he's extremely fast, and all his moves go "brrrrr" in the most obnoxious way physically possible.
So, I've come to ask for help! If someone would be so kind as to help me get past him, that would rock. Thank you!

Have you guys done it yet? I'm a level 73 assassin and also get bodied by the CoW.

 

I can help if it is still needed. I'm lvl 97 but I can see why you guys wouldn't need my help if you want the battle to still be a challenge instead of a high level cleaning it out for you.

 

You guys already do it? I just got to the boss in the quest as a lv 69 archer, and get slaughtered every time.
