Archer/Hunter Hellstrand Build Help

Asking for a decent Hellstrand build, so one gave me a great build a few days ago, but that build require legendary island, I can do hive, ahc, any quests but not li, I will be so happy if anyone can help

the crafted bracelet has 400 durability, uses really cheap ingredients and you can use t2 mats at the cost of slightly less durability.
