    Hey I bought 20 crates and never received them in game I typed the right username and everything, didn't receive them. I emailed support and its been awhile and I'd really like an answer from them on the situation. I spent my hard earned money on those crates so an answer would be appreciated. Thanks.

    How long ago did you send them the email? I’m pretty sure it can take up to 7 days to get a response back.

    Really? Thats kinda ridiculous. I texted them at 4 am yesterday and its now 1 am the next day. Idk man ill wait 7 days but thats kinda bad customer support in my opinion

    Were you online when you bought them? I'm pretty sure purchases glitch out if you aren't online at the time you bought the items

    Yeah I was online, regardless I need my moneys worth of the items I purchased so if someone from the support team could help ASAP it'd be appreicated.
