What Are Good Mana Steal Daggers For Around Level 63?

    I'm a level 63 Assassin and am looking for a new weapon. I'm currently using the "Reaper of Soul" but it's about 10 levels below me. I want to stop running out of mana so quickly, so does anyone know a good mana steal dagger. I am investing most of my skill points into dexterity and intelligence, so a weapon that works well with lightning would be appreciated.

    Locrian is kinda cool tbh, it's thunder/water/air and level 57

    max of 4 mana steal
