    Set up a thread on the proper section of these forums, and maybe shout about ingame if you want to but some shout bombs. There isn't really a whole lot else you can do, since there isn't a huge reason to join guilds at the moment, especially not smaller ones.

    I tried the guild forums and no one ever replied. We’ve gotten around 10 members just by meeting people in game (eg during a few dungeon runs) and adding them as friends then asking if they want to join our guild.
