I don't believe increasing the min increment after the first bid is allowed. 99% sure it was formerly .5 stacks after the first two bids, aka when I first saw this thread

 

you're indeed right, it was .5 stx at first

 

it's just sd that influences the price of a pure, so there is no legitimacy about raising 'min inc' to make bids higher than what the item is worth at most

 

especially mid auction and without any warning, not commenting on the long lenght and absense of buyout on the auction
