Assassin/Ninja Help Mana & Health Sustain

Hi, I'm looking for a build for a (soon-to-be) level 100 assassin. I need two things:
1. Good mana sustain, I don't care whether it's mana steal or mana regen, I want to be able to cast lots of spells.
2. Good health sustain. Life steal or regen, I don't care.
There are also some limits on this build. Hopefully this isn't too bad.
No Mythics
No Crafteds
Any build would be much appreciated.

You can switch sparkweaver for sparkling visor for more damage but less defence, and if you do that you can also potentially switch flummox for Cinderchain but I wouldn't reccomend that as the life steal drops hard.
This amount of life steal should be more than fine with chain lightning, and for more Mana sustain (getting rid of the -mana regen) you can use Dhydro necklace instead of tenuto I believe, or Moon pool instead of Intensity, do note that the damage takes a bit of a hit.
