Stuck On A Quest

So i was near the end of the quest "Recover the past" and got disconnect whilst bringing edwin to Dr. Picard. When i logged back in edwin was gone, Dr.Picard says im supposed to do Edwins task and the quest book tells me to "Bring Edwin to Dr.Picard ". Anyone know something that can help?

 

This situation is a weird one because the server lost track of the character following you when you disconnected, so it doesn't know to track you at your current position. Unfortunately, you will likely have to go through the motions of the quest again (even without the dialogue) to get back to where Edwin is so that from there you can bring him to Dr. Picard again.
