What About Demon Tide?

As stated in the title I am wondering about the legendary leggings "Demon Tide". It is one of the items I want to use in my endgame build due to the decrease of spell costs. One may look at the demon tide I am talking about at Wynndata. Now... In-game I bought pretty good demon tides but I realised there is no spell cost reduction on them? Just wondering what happened as I looked through the item chengelogs and found nothing related to demon tide.

For some reason the -% spell costs on Demon Tide don't appear or work right now, even though it's intended that they are present. They have been broken for a while, and will probably be fixed in the next item patch. The absence of spell reductions is not by design, and they intend to fix it.

Ah ok thank you. I guess I will have to wait for that then :/
I did not see a mention of demon tide in the item change log for the future changes yet so I thought they had not noticed it.
Do you by chance know roughly when they will fix it? Interested whether I will have to go for a completely different build....

 

Demon tide's spell cost ids were misspelled so it'll be fixed next item push, no date for that yet.

 

Unfortunately we do not have a date. The best thing you can do is try to work around the spell costs, although if you're using a build which tanks intel then that might be difficult. If you want you can msg me on discord (Miles#0109) and maybe we can try to work around those issues together.
