    I've asked a few times on discord but I decided to ask here.
    I bought HERO rank 2months ago but I havent received the tag in discord / forum
    any way to get it?

    As far as I know, there's still an issue with the synchronization using /forum. I don't know about linking with your discord, but I would assume it's the same.

    Contact support at [email protected] as I've encountered the same issue myself a while back and had to contact a Moderator to fix it.
    Note that contacting the Moderators is a last resort.

    I also recommend contacting mods on Discord to fix your janky rank there (should be a last resort), but I think the support team will take notice of it and fix that as well.
