    Would it be possible to make a tp spam mage which actually still does some decent damage?
    But without any mythics/crafted?

    It might be possible with fatal or warp. But that's pretty far into the "might" category. Without a mythic? I'd be doubtful.

    meteor is and always be the strongest spell for mages to deal damage
