Bug With Quest Item From A Sandy Scandal

As you can see from the thread title, I have a bug with the quest "A Sandy Scandal" with the quest items.

I was on Stage 15 of the quest and had finished stopping the bandits from detonating the TNT. However, when the quest prompted for TNT, I didn't have any so I thought it was a bug with the quest.

I used /fixquests which for some reason gave me the items: "Witness Report I" and "Witness Report II".

I did eventually complete the quest;

by killing the bandits and retrieving a TNT as their loot.

However now that I have finished the quest, I still have the Witness Reports in my inventory and I can't seem to get rid of them. I'm assuming there's no point in having them anymore so now I'm left with two of my inventory slots used up which is bugging me.


Is there any way to solve this?

Nevermind, I was able to throw away the Witness Reports by filling my inventory with emeralds, putting the Reports in my 2x2 crafting grid, and exiting my inventory as suggested by various threads.
