Can't Upload Images

First, yes, maybe I should just file a bug report. However, first I wanted to see if there is a solution to my problem.
I can't upload images (or files).Whenever I try to and choose an image, the site signs me that it's loading it, but then nothing happens, no matter how many times I try. The image doesn't appear under my comment and the "Full Image" button is also not there.
So my question is: does anybody know how to solve this?

Also, does anybody else have the bug where the word you are currently typing is replaced with the previous word you've already typed? It's very annoying.

But that's inconvenient and lengthy for me and the viewer.

 

Ok really the only easier alternative is to upload it and instead of pasting the link just pasting the image

If you're not willing to do that, then there's really nothing you can do

 

Are you on mobile when typing? I think this is a weird glitch from a lot of forums I've been on before where the mobile compatability is really weird when typing posts and replies

 

I have the issue both on PC and mobile.

Same problem here, I would also be interested in the solution. Tried it from Safari and Chrome as well on Mac. (Also iPhone Safari).

Lower the images' file sizes to a few hundred kilobytes. That should work.

 

I copied this image on a windows by pressing ctrl+windows-sign+s. This allows me to take a partial screenshot. So use whatever your OS uses to make a partial screenshot, then I use ctrl+v to paste the screenshot I just made. That does the trick for me and gives me the full image button you're talking about.

Spoiler: What I see

Used to have that, don't anymore. Don't know what fixed it. If it persists perhaps try typing in another program (like google docs or word or notepad) and then copying everything over to the forums.
