It's arrow storms do 37k at max (Most spell damage i ever managed to get), while also having 13k hp.
The build is only good if you can dodge a bunch, as the build has horrible Element Defences.
The 13k hp are more of a "last line of defence" in case you do get hit:

The damage is very good but you have no mana sustainability, so you won't be able to keep spamming Arrow storm reliably

 

Ehhhhhhhh the whole point of nighthawk is the shorter arrow storms for extra spammability, and so it it's not really the damage that's important, it's more about having okay damage with great spellcosts which increases your dps.
Your build is really not fulfilling that, and if you want around that damage with nighthawk while having Mana sustain ETW is your only way, and I'd go something like this https://wynndata.tk/s/4372tw

 

You can make a cheaper, more mana sustainable build using orange lily with night hawk and the added bonus of time rift.

Well, you stil lhave 60 SKill points left after Putting everything on, So you can level that into intelligence. Works great for me.
