Help With Buying Rank?

I bought a visa target gift card and made a paypal account and connected it, i added my zip code my gift card. When it gets to paypal it says cannot complete purchase i need help. I might know two problems, you cant add name and adress to a target visa gift card or is wynncraft in the U.S because the card can only work in the U.S.

 

I’d try contacting [email protected] I think it is. Try may not reply straight away but it normally takes a maximum of a week.
