Timing Out

So for a while now I've been experiencing a lot of timing out which causes me to die while grinding, doing dungeons etc and honestly I think I've done the most I've could to try to figure out what the hell is causing this issue. I've turned down every setting possible to help reduce the amount of lag, I often switch servers to one that have the least amount of people in them, I restart my internet, give mine craft more memory to work with, and yet I still experience it. It's explicitly with this server, no other servers, no other games, no other videos anything. I'm come to the conclusion that it could be a proxy issue and the proxy I'm connected to just may be bad and cause a bad connection to the server. Is there any way I could change my proxy by say, a vpn or something, or some other solution to this issue that I'm simply not seeing here? I could really use the help, I've lost many keys to dungeons since I lag and die in them, I'm always low on soulpoints I feel, lost out on many opportunities to get more xp or loot due to lagging out. For whatever reason at night seems to be the absolute worst time for me to play even though this the main time I have during the day to play. I log in, not even 3 minutes go by before I timeout. So again, please, if you have any solutions to this issue I could use the help, I've tried a lot and I've come to the point where this may be my only hope to ask others lol.

 

I don’t know if this will help, you seem to know tech better than me, but I used to get lag spikes that would completely disconnect me from the server. Getting optifine and setting all settings as low as they could go got rid of those for me. Again, don’t know if you use optifine, but if you don’t I suggest you try it out atleast.

 

Thank you, I'm aware wynn is a big server and even more aware of they're strictness against mods etc and hence I've always been worried of trying to get optifine and using it on the server. I was never really sure if I was allowed or not so I just steered away from it. I'm no cheater or anything but I've just never wanna get banned from here. But I'll give it a try, if it works best believe I'll let you know, thank you!
