    Im still looking for a good build with a lot of health and spammable high damage meteor without any mythics, LI and qira is fine

    This is what I use (build made by Qzphs)
    Use king of hearts as an off-hand for heelz
    And if you want you can use Nepta as an off-hand with atlas to take advantage of curse.
