Buying Steamjet Walkers (paying Up To 14 Le)

I'm buying a steamjet walker:

The identifications I am looking for:
-- 28% or more Spell damage
-- 18% or more Thunder damage
-- 22% or more Water damage
I do not care about air damage, meaning that I will pay the same for 7% Air damage and 31% Air damage.
I am not looking for high walk speed (not high on my priority list) but if the boots have higher walk speed I will obviously pay more (assuming that it fits my requirements above).

If you want to be payed 14 LE for you boots, it must have:
- 31% spell damage
- 27% or more Thunder damage
- 27% Water damage
- 27% or more Walk speed.

Edit 2: Lowering the requirements (24% -> 22% water damage, 20% ->18% thunder damage)
Edit 3: Now if you want to be payed 14 LE you must have a perfect walk speed with perfect spell damage, water and thunder damage.

 

If you want to sell just post a screenshot of your steamjet walkers and I will list a price for it.
