Items Disappearing

Hello, lately I've noticed as I complete my daily objectives or I get my free daily loot, the items I'm suppose to receive end up disappearing from my inventory for some reason. I can't tell if it's an internet issue on my end or an issue with the server but at the end of the day I don't get the items and it's pretty frustrating.. I also reset my skill points earlier since I wanted to boost one stat without having to wait for more skill points and now I'm missing nearly 10 points. I checked all my armor and weapons and nothing gave me more points so in theory I shouldn't have lost any points what so ever. I attempted to contact a couple admins directly on discord however for some reason my dm's won't go through to them so this is kinda my last hope to hear from an admin or someone that is actually able to help give me a solution rather than just telling me, it's a bug and we can't do anything about it. When I know other people get their items, don't lose skill points etc... That is all, other than that, love the server everything is great, but I really need help trying to get to the bottom of this issue. Thank you.
