your build already is pretty much as tanky as an apoc build can get, not sure what you're asking for.
it is capable of LI.

if you want you can try switching out the tierstack build for heavy melee and hit some quakes.
you won't need to click like crazy if that bothers you.

another option would be to swap apoc with something else to do more damage.
you lose your tankiness but gain significantly damage.
it isn't by any means glass however.
