Mage/Dark Wizard Help Looking For A Sick Pleb Mage Build

I'm looking to create a mage build, This is my current one:
Boreal
Aquarius
Vaward/Dark Channeler (super squishy)
Stardew
Detective's Ring
Gold Static Ring
Diamond Hydro Bracelet
Bottled Thunderstorm

It works well for Judas, Nepta, and Morrowind, but can't live through an EO w/ party (too squishy on def) and I have another class that can solo LI but I kinda want this one to be near that level as well.

Some Restrictions:
Only the cheapest of mythics (<1 stx)
All hive is fair game
EO is alright but not encouraged (freak the eye)
No crafteds
If there is a cool melee build you guys have I will be down to try that.
All LI is okay
And whoever has the guts to put an ornate in a build thread I will peek at it.

Stats I'm looking for:
Good-great MR, (8/4s+) (Some leniency)
More tanky than this one. (just want some defense and agi)
Hits high meteor (14k+) I was serious about surviving an EO party (wanna do ahc on this class) so if this is literally zero but I physically cannot die I wanna see it (no statue though.)
Not atrocious ele defs (-200+)
Not super negative HP regen
25k+ poison (don't even think I need to put a jk here)

Again, I think my build is alright but if there is better out there I wanna try it.
