Is The Green-skinned-trouble Puzzle Actually Solvable?

    So I've been able to get the first of the top redstone lamps to turn on, but once I have one on it sends me to the southernmost light, where I just stand until it resets because it doesn't give any cues as to where I'm supposed to go after that. If anyone knows what I'm supposed to do, do tell.

    It's kinda of buggy in my experience. Also, I believe you have to do one twice, by stepping off and stepping back on. It may be that one. It's anyone's guess which one it is in this case.
