2) I just realized the build I was going to use dondasch for is super iffy anyway. it has -1/4 mr but 10/4s mana steal, but also it's very fast and uses the forsaken, and also it has walk speed, but also it's a hybrid build so idk cuz I kind of wanted to use spell steal anyway lol so that might have been a waste of time honestly

If you aren't interested in walk speed, then the 5th one is actually good

 

It's not, the order of importance is probably main attack neutral damage > earth/air % damage (keep in mind it only affects the initial percent of the weapon, so it's still really not that important) > walk speed

The last one is nearly usable on an air weapon
