    Can Someone help me how to use a altar and which alter is which because I just want to get good items and I want to progress quicker on my new account.

    Boss alter usually requires mob drops from the mobs around the alter. Theres a whole wiki page you can reference for each boss alter

    You need a number of specific items (usually T0 ingredients or misc/untradeable items - they're hinted at in the Altar's location). You can find a full list of Boss Altars here.

    Be wary that some of them are VERY difficult to do at level, and one of them isn't even officially marked as an altar (as in, there's no indication that it's an altar if it wasn't for the ominous particle effects around it).

    Boss altars are meant to pose a significant challenge even to a well prepared player at the level.

    Each boss altar requires a certain amount of a specific item to enter. You just hold the item in your hand and right click on the altar, and it'll flash and teleport you in.
