Endgame Legendary Weapons Tier List

A while back I did a mythic weapons tier list. However, I feel like a tierlist for legendary weapons will be the most helpful, as most people don't have mythics. So here we go.
This is only going to count weapons level 80+. Hive weapons automatically are placed in A tier. Although they are extremely powerful and versatile, they aren't super game-breaking or exceptional. If you had asked me a year ago, I would've put them in S tier no question, but the meta has shifted and nowadays, they're not as powerful comparatively as they used to be. Just a note, I have never seen a period in the meta where we have as many pseudo-mythics as we do now. There is a frightening amount of S+ rank legendaries.

This tierlist is based off of Meta rankings, not class by class. There's gonna be an exceptionally high amount of warrior weapons that are low tier just because of Warriors inadequacy, and a shocking amount of high tier archer legendaries just due to how broken Nighthawk is. When Nighthawk gets nerfed properly, all the archer weapons should be brought down a tier. Also, I would consider the "recommended" legendaries line to be crossed around A- tier. Anything below A- is not recommended. Also, this is not a tierlist based off of anything other than usefulness or power. If ease of obtaining was a category for ranking, then Orange lily would be even higher, even Mythic tier, and its already bordering it.

S realm: Alright, time to make some edits. S+ tiers will basically be S tiers that have a unique gimmick without sacrificing power. S tiers and S+ tiers are not too dissimilar in power, and you could probably exchange the weapons in S tier with S+ if you argued for it.
A realm: Extremely good, though overshadowed by S in ability.
B realm: Good, alright, useable. Not recommended, though they can be used in niche builds.
C realm: Not bad, just not good. Can be used, though even B rank are more recommended
D realm: Not good, do not use.
F realm: The worst of the worst, not even on paper does it look good.

Royal Hydrangea is better than it looks, it works well with Time rift as its 1 mana cost totems allow you to spam totems, it has higher damage than Cryo if you wanted an alternative to Procrastination, and OK mana regen. However, its at A- because of a lack of powders and garbage healing.
I'm putting orange lily at the top of S tier because of its gimmick. -3 Bomb costs actually are much much much more valuable than anyone can fathom. It makes bomb the premier spell cost reset button, it can basically replace arrow shield if you aim down at the ground, and it is an insane knockback tool.
Before, The Nothing was at an A tier simply due to the fact that it was a Mage DPS weapon, and Mage DPS is less than stellar (Without mythics).
I was considering putting The Watched at S tier simply due to the fact that it was the second highest healing shaman option in the game. However, it does not do enough damage for it to be considered overpowered. Thus, it is at A tier where it belongs.
Black was originally at S+, but unfortunately I was breaking my own rules there. In this tier list, instead of classes being parallel, classes are being put against eachother. I was comparing Black to the other assassin weapons, instead of against the other classes. Since it is the best non-mythic non-heavy-melee Assassin weapon, I put it at S+. However, in comparison, Cluster, Procrastination, and Orange lily smoke it in the DPS race. Therefore, it was put back a tier.

EDIT: Also I forgot but Wall Breaker (or basicly any heavy melee weapon for assasin) : S+

 

Most of these are fairly accurate, but there are a few ones I don't agree with:
Slider is not S-, it's A+ at best
Cliuster is at least S if Orange Lily can get S+
Manna is not A+ at all, it's more like a B+
Procrastination is only A? Are you sure?
Cryoseism being A is fair, although I think it fits in better with A+
Cascade should probably be at least A+, maybe even S
Return to Ether might actually be a B+
There's no way Alka Cometflinger goes above B
Nepta Floodbringer is an S minimum
Bedruthan is probably only a B
Peaceful Rest is probably A-
Braker, as much as you don't want to put spears high up, deserves at least B+
Lower is an easy S-, maybe even S
Lumina is not great but probably B
If Hellstrand can be B+, so can Plague
Phoenix Wing probably goes into C
Stinger is at least B+
Brass Brand is better than it looks, could probably go to C+

 

Procrastination needs to be S+, probs one of the most broken nonmythic weapons in the game

 

It's semi-subjective but honestly stuff like this is pretty easy to objectively determine.

Cluster matches Olily, both deserve A+
Rewind could be lower
WHY IS THE NOTHING THAT LOW IT IS BY FAR THE BEST LEGENDARY WEAPON (This is not a joke, holy fuck, no other weapon can do the bullshit it does and gets away with. It's actually disgusting.)
TTide is overrated
Gales is overrated
RtE is overrated
Morrowind is overrated (what is it with people and overrating air)
Sawtooth is overrated
Thrunda Ripsaw might be overrated
Nepta is underrated
Cascade is underrated
Cryo is underrated
The Exploited is also underrated
Salpinx is underrated
Zero is heavily overrated
Wick is underrated, maybe
Lumina is underrated
Quinque is underrated
The evolved is underrated
Phoenix wing is overrated
Stinger is heavily underrated


People tend to heavily overrate orange lily, it's really attractive if you don't think about it hard enough. Then you remember arrow shield existing.

I wouldn't use that as criteria, you can use anything for heavy melee and wall breaker is a pretty low-tier heavy melee weapon. Utility like Slider/Pencuri/Salticidae are much better.
