Cooking Good Recipes

What are the recipes in cooking that are great for warring, like healing, ws etc, and what are some that are great for dungeoneering?

 

anyway the following won't mostly be related to cooking but there's really no reason to waste resources on something mediocre when another profession does it way better.
also im not exactly an expert so everything isn't perfect.
