    Depends on your playstyle.
But I (as begginer) wouldn't choose Shaman (too hard for newbies) or Warrior (terrible endgame).
Mage is the easiest and Assassin is the best if you have skill. Archer dies a lot but deals insane damage.

Pick Mage if you want to just breeze through the game. Heal will keep you alive.

    Depends
Do you want to play a class that makes you say "My tiny mage brain can't comprehend this much complexity"? Go shaman
Do you want to go be speed, die in a single hit and deal lots of damage? Go archer
Do you want to play a class that is kinda fun but sucks? Go warrior
Do you want a class that is basically Wynncraft Easy mode? Go mage
Do you want a class that looks cool but requires more than half a brain cell to play? Go assassin

I’d recommend either assassin or mage. Very good to start in early game.

Assassin has consistency throughout the game

Mage is dogshit early game until level 21

Warrior has a debateable status currently end-gane

Archer is basically a long ranged assassin with shittier defense

    Shaman will fucking destroy everything

I think your all forgetting how good warrior is before the endgame. So what if a class is bad at the end of the game

Mage - High skill ceiling, low skill requirement. It's braindead easy throughout the whole game. Though its potential is capped by meteor's 3 second fall time, which limits its boss killing capabilities by quite a lot. At endgame, it's still very consistent. However, you'll find yourself spending more time on bosses than any other class due to how slow your damage is. Mythic wise, it has a lot to be desired. Endgame mages are onpar with Warriors in terms of damage, though its survivability and movement speed vastly make up for it.

Warrior - The worst class at endgame, not even fun in the campaign. Its defenses don't do much for it, its damage is really low, and its spells cost way too much. Warrior only gets enjoyable at endgame, and even then its still the worst class. At endgame, its mythics are not outstanding, its legendaries are even worse, and the amount of playstyles it can perform well are less than a handful. Don't play it unless you're a masochist.

Assassin - The 1.19 rework really gave Assassin an identity. Before, it was just better warrior with an invisibility. Now it's the best combo class in the game. It's the class with the highest skill ceiling, so bad assassins will have a hard time. However, good assassins can cheese the game like a pizza. At endgame, its the most versatile class, able to perform builds like Tierstack melee, heavy melee, spellspam, spellsteal, heavy cancel, and basically anything. With mythics, Assassin is the best. Not a single assassin mythic is below average in mythic standards.

Archer - A great class throughout the campaign and an atomic bomb at endgame. Until Archer gets arrow shield, however, it is the squishiest that any class could be. None of its mythics are BAD, though some of them aren't good either. Any archer user must use Nighthawk in any DPS build. If it doesn't have nighhawk, it's missing out on 3x damage.

Shaman - Let me clear up some misconceptions. Shaman is NOT the squishiest class, not even close. Well, mathematically it is, but in practice it does not die. Basically, at lvl 21 and beyond, Shaman is able to shut down more than HALF of the enemies in the game. The other half's damage can be blocked by totem. Also, Haul is the best dodge in the game. You can turn on a dime without even looking towards another direction. Mythic wise, not a single one of them is bad. However, Olympic is a gimmick weapon that doesn't function as well as the others.

The damage per second on Nighthawk is 3x. A lot of people forget that Arrow storm takes 3 seconds to unload the damage, which means the DPS is really cut into 1/3. However, Nighthawk is able to output all of those 3 seconds into 1 second, which effectively triples the DPS.

Also, I'd recommend looking at the skillsets to see what you want to use.

I like assassin because of vanish combo hits, but mage and shaman are the only ones with heals.
Archer seems fun but Idk what to say abt it cuz I don't have one.
    Just probably don't pick warrior.

Oh nvm he picked assassin already
