   I just finished "The Fortuneteller" quest and received Wealth or Knowledge, but I wasn't able to enter the secret entrance in time. Thus, I can't enter the secret library. Is there some way to get the book back?

   Redo the quest. You cannot get the item back as it is an Untradeable quest reward item.
   
   Also, you should only enter the Library once and get a stack of Library keys if you want to enter again in the future, and choose Wealth every other time you do the quest.
