Is there a good build for "Lament" i wanna spell damage is that possible

hmm haven't tried EWA or quad lament in quite some time i should get to that soon

I was just experimenting, but the build turned out decent I guess

(5k 1 mana heals,
20k 2 mana meteors,
10ms/3mr)

no negative ls

can replace time rift for better sustain

I'm not an expert on builds so there are surely better EWA options (and I'd like to know what to change myself) but this is something.
