Shaman/Skyseer Help Li Solo Build? No Mythics

Wanna be able to get out of morph set and be able to solo LI. No Mythics

 

I would presume no LI gear either? In that case this works

16k melee dps, in totem 22k dps
keep the mobs and bosses trapped for as long as possible using aura while mashing them into a pulp with the ridiculous dps, high ws strafing is your friend.
use melee to steal emeralds for healing, not that you don't have enough hpr and ls already
and you have 98 def and agi, you literally can't die unless getting instakilled by stacked charge
