    There was, but it's probably been patched. Either way, abusing glitches is kind of a big no-no, so I'd recommend not trying.

    You can get into Lutho and the toxic wastes before finishing the quest but sharing that will probably get you banned. No way to enter the silent expanse without the quest bc its walled off iirc
