Archer/Hunter Lvl 70 Archer Build With And Without Purified Helmet Of Legends

Hi, as the title indicates, I'm looking for help with a lvl 70 archer build to take on the temple of legends and to use for a bit.
My play style relies a bit on agility and dex. I'm looking for a good stat rework and some good equipment. I just got back into playing after a 2 year hiatus so my crafting level is only in the 30's at most so no crafted items. Any other item is fair game. I'm looking into using my Maelstrom for this build but if you have any other good recommendations I'm all ears.
