Worst Craftable Item?

So I was bored one day and I just randomly thought what's the worst item you can craft?

I'll give one LE to whoever crafts the worst item sure why not gimme your worst

How bad something is depends not only on the durability or the effect, how expensive it is for that awful effect should be taken into consideration. Bottled fairies are the most expensive ingredient out there and negative mana regen is awful to have. In 8 seconds you'll no longer be able to sprint or cast spells. A near guarantee for death. Keep in mind that, whilst the health will go down to 10% of its total, the negative mana regen will stay at -12/4 when the durability hits 0.

Aside from that, the familiar essence is a quest reward from a very early quest. Meaning that if you want to make it, you have to save the familair essence your entire playthrough (or just get it on another class, whatever.)

sorry I should have clarified earlier. By "worst" I mean the worst item to wear in general, all stats considered except for cost of the ingredients.
