Lore/Story When Soliders Fly [sea Skippern]

Sea Skipper: Recently i have been seeing soliders of Ragni like you flying across the air while traveling.

Sea skipper: I thought the Whiskey was the cause of this and that i was hallucinating but it turns out those with Bows And Wands Can fly across the sea and go anywhere really.

Sea Skippern: i don,t understand why use witchcraft to fly when you can travel with the Good Ol Sea skippern and get to distances fast.

Sea skippern: However if everyone keeps flying it could be bad for buisness and it just made me lose a bet.

Sea skippern: Promise me you won,t be like those soliders will ya?
