    I can't retrieve the staff at the bank in Nesaak.
    I spoke to the mage and the current step of the quest is to retrieve the item, but I can't.
    :(

    You have to parkour inside the glass cage where the staff is. You can enter the cage from above.

    Thank you so much! I was having a heck of a time just punching the glass hoping it would break lol.
    My friend's glass supposedly just broke, so I didn't know what I was doing wrong.
