    Poison only comes from main attacks.
    fix: ok it also comes from spells

    If you are talking about the damage over time, I don't think so, as Aura doesn't stack either. Still, I'm not entirely sure.

    I’m currently using a shaman poison build and the poison does come from the totem (in wars I just throw down my totem and the mobs get poisoned.

    I do believe the damage stacks, so does the Health Regen.

    Haven’t made one because the poison doesn’t stack...

    Poison comes from any damage you deal, meaning every spell that does damage will use poison.

    Yeah, but if I have multiple totems using time rift and I have 1000/4 poison, I won’t inflict 1000/4 * the number of totems

    Poison has its own independent tick. The game checks if you have recently inflicted any damage, then begins to tick the entity you've inflicted poison to.

    Poison has a duration of 3 seconds, refreshed every time you hit an enemy. Initial hit does not deal poison damage. After a mob has been inflicted poison, subsequent attacks and spells will refresh the poison duration.

    So, no. You can't stack poison with Time Rift's +Sorcery.
