    this is the armor I run at that level

    then, just as much morph gear as I can wear and supplement the rest with Xp bonus

    At that level XP gear is not much required/available, but at around level 29 you can use the Adventurer set for a nice 50% XP bonus, and later on you can use a mix of Morph set and other items.

    The wand Sage (around level 40 I think) also gives a good XP buff, so you should hold it when finishing dungeons for example.
