oh no 1st thread in class builds

disclaimer: these builds may not be optimized, if they aren't i'd really appreciate advice on how to make them better.

2nd disclaimer: some builds here suck. and i mean really suck.

3rd disclaimer: these are relatively """normal""" and simple builds, since I was using them to practice building. Don't expect crap like panderift, hive quad, or ambivalence builds. I also haven't built very many quads besides ETFA, so don't expect too many of those.

4th disclaimer: i don't like nighthawk. therefore none of my builds have nighthawk unless it's specified. If you want nighthawk, you can probably slap it on, make some skill point adjustments, or sometimes just slap it on and not worry about anything.

5th disclaimer: I didnt use any mythic boots.

6th disclaimer: i didn't plan for the item changes next patch. when they roll around, i'll probably update these builds.

I always wanted to class build. But I never really knew where to start, and the crazy amount of items made it hard for me to not get overwhelmed.

And then, one day, i knew what to do.
build weird bows.



and so the quest began.

After building tropics, I fell in love with it.


the 40 le was worth it

I decided to build every unique bow from 90-100, looking for bows just as graceful as tropics. Then, I decided to build every rare. Then every legendary. and mythic. I made some friends (crust crusher, the hearth) along the way, but also some enemies (awakening ,).

I was going insane from the amount of bows I've seen.

But after 2 months, i am finally fucking finished.

so here you go. A build (and sometimes two or more) for every single IDed bow from 90-100 (also including some others).

Also note that these are some of my first builds. I've gone through them twice to make sure they're as optimal as I can get.

I hope someone takes this bow, chops it into pieces, and then feeds it to ozoth. god i fucking hate this item. won't even let me get to fucking 10k health.

if you're wondering why i'm using shaggy boots so much, it's because in my opinion it's still cool. good melee and pretty good thunder damage, but i'm mostly there for the life steal. if it wasn't for the life steal, i might be using sine in place of shaggy in every single build, not to mention it's archer so i can't really imagine the +1 2nd spell cost really hurting you too much considering you won't escape too much, unlike a class like warrior

hey, i know that building with this many items could cause you to forget a couple-- however, i'll remind you of two bows which i think really deserve some special builds, and since you seem to have experience building archer, i'd like to direct your attention to the bows "ultraviolet" and "fiery bow"

First of all... props to you for making all of these builds, it must've taken quite some perseverance.
Now, I haven't had the time to look through everything yet, so here are just a few small remarks.

I'd personally swap Moon Pool Circlet for Detective's Ring here, you'll still have plenty of mana but now you can reach 129 int.

i get that eden-blessed is very wfa-esque by design but in practice wfa builds do not enjoy it at all. wfa is already a lot tankier than every other spell archetype in the game (bar tfa and tanky xwf variants, if you insist), albeit with severely lacking offense. the problem from here is that you cement the direction of your otherwise redeemable wfa build into ultratank territory just by opting for eden-blessed. ophiuchus rivals the mr on eden-blessed and provides 35% more effective sd on builds that use it, with similar hp. elemental sanctuaries are easily affordable due to the naturally high hp wfa can find itself elsewhere, and help bring the damage back up to par. 90% of the time these options also happen to pair well with intensity, which secures the damage on wfa. you should generally only fall short by a little damage on wfa archers when compared to more meta options, but with eden-blessed you easily find yourself with sub-8ks like the wfa hellstrand on your thread. the two builds i addressed were ones that are simply outperformed by variations of themselves that don't use eden-blessed. and what does eden-blessed excel in? ele defs? they don't matter. hp? the hp advantage isn't significant compared to the damage loss. hpr? 500 (which is what you'll see 90% of the time) is negligible compared to potions, life steal (most archers get 1k by default via stinger secondary), and greed. i'll respect its usage if it's on an hpr-oriented build like the ignis on your thread, but it's generally not worth it on your average wfa build.
